Abstract

The evolution of the information printed takes up the theme of the art of printing, as Europe in the Renaissance sought a more efficient way to publish books. This paper assesses the evolution of journalism concept in the context of globalization, through reflection and from the technological level and social skills. The test objective is aimed at making an ancient route from the Neolithic village to the global village opposite to the paradigms of the current Information Society, in order to understand the political influence to the advancement of information and communication technology. This technology reconfigures social relations that generate fields of knowledge outside the certification and validity institutions. As important conclusion anticipates that power, as regulatory institution of civil and religious rights, was the initial order in which they discussed the companies until the eighteenth century. However, with the historical evolution that power as legitimate “desiluminado” Authority has to give way to a much more widespread, empowered and articulated with the qualities of the digital-virtual technology.
