Abstract

Depending on the developments experienced in the world, human resources and its management are more prominent in today's organizations. For this reason, this is an important element of power in organizations in enterprises should be supported by the organization in order to hold the protection of the rights of employees and employees a stake in the decision taken by administrators and applications. There is a need to ensure. The main objective of this research, the employees who work in organizational support and advocacy impact on perception of severance intentions is to detect. Within the scope of the study conducted with the general screening model, a research model based on the study was developed. The research universe, in Kayseri province, the international transporter's association registered in the logistics sector 35 firm running total 850 people. The sample of the surwey allows the managers, 29 companies and has a total of 421 runs.
