Abstract

All the teachings which Islam gives and instructs are in full conformity with the human nature. They are applicable in all situations and circumstances. There is no excesses or deficiencies found in them. One who acts according to the teachings of Islam is basically acting according to what nature demands of him. Thus in this way, he is fulfilling the genuine demands of the nature on the one hand, and is simultaneously gaining the pleasure of the Lord of the universe on the other hand. The present paper deals with the explanation of how Islam and its principles steer clear of the extremes in all matters of human life. Many examples have been cited to illustrate how the teachings of Islam are free from all kinds of excesses and deficiencies. Light is also thrown on the importance of justly balanced community; its principles, aims, duties, objectives and purpose.
