Аnalysis of effectiveness of introduction of nature protection measures of regional development of Ukraine

Results over of cluster analysis of efficiency of introduction of nature protection measures are brought; their influence is set on the state of ecological constituent of steady regional development of Ukraine. Use cross-correlation - regressive analysis allowed to set dependence of level of efficiency of ecological measures on the level of charges on their realization. The most successful measures and regions that succeeded most optimally (at most to the result at minimum charges) to carry out ecological measures were certain. The conducted cross-correlation analysis allowed to set that the measures related to the improvement of technological processes appeared most effective, including passing to other types of fuel, raw material, and also other ecological measures that is sent to water treatment, on defence of soil, underground and superficial waters, on the decline of noise and oscillation level. It is marked in the article that ecological problems continue in Ukraine to deepen. Drawn conclusion, that for positive influence on the ecological constituent of steady development of regions and country most effective are next measures: realization of plan of stimulation of the ecologically directed innovative activity of enterprises; conditioning for by application of the ecologically oriented innovative technique and technologies, priority development of hi-tech enterprises, bringing in of investments in development of cost-effective productions.
