OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND ECOLOGICAL SAFETY ON RAILWAY TRANSPORT

The article reveals the production activity of a person in the railway transport and its negative impact on the person and the environment. The specificity of functioning conditions of railway transport, features of production processes in the industry, complexity, novelty and variety of innovative technologies, their frequent changes, complexity, and a certain danger of the processes of their services make to pay significant place of the security ideology, determine professional objectives and focus of labor protection in the industry. Dangerous and harmful production factors are revealed. Recommendations on labor protection and ecological safety on railway transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan are given.
