Abstract

The article deals with the problems of financing higher education in Ukraine and other countries of the world. The sources of financing of institutions of higher education, namely, state and non-state financial support are investigated. Proposals aimed at improving financing mechanisms of higher educational establishments in the conditions of the financial and economic crisis have been made.
