PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEMS AND MATTERS OF IMPROVEMENT OF REGULATION OF THE EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT IN KAZAKHSTAN

The assessment of conditions of the educational system in Kazakhstan is presented in the article. Pedagogical problems of development of education in Kazakhstan in the light of threats and challenges caused by globalization are considered. Measures for overcoming these difficulties and problems, and also their results and consequences, are given. The sequence of the perspective actions adequate to current situation and allowing to accelerate the development of complete integrated system in the country according to new realities is offered.
