Abstract

Fakhr ad Din Ali Safi. He is the son of the largest representatives of the scientific and literary school og Heart Maulana Kamal al Din Hussein Vaiz Kashifi. Fakhr ad Din Ali Safi belongs to the sufi works. Histori- ans and literary critics use only lithographic edition of the famous work “Rashahot ayn al hayat” of Ali Safi. Our comparative research between calculated ancient manuscript copies of "Rashahat" which were written in that period and almost a hundred copies in the latest centuries showed such kind of amazing results. We will give examples below about this in autograph manuscript of "Rashahat ayn al-hayat" section. The autograph manuscript of "Rashahat ayn al-hayat" has found. It was known when we making a comparative research between the most ancient manuscripts of "Rashahat" with the other manuscripts of the work which were copied out the next centuries or between the copies of manuscript with the copies of litography that the text of the work was changed seriously, and also the sentences were not complete, and some names of geographical places and people were written wrongly. For the being time, the modern edition of "Rashahat" which was given as the scientific-critical text by Ali Asgar Muiyniyan in Iran (Muiyniyan, 1935) was known as the most reliable and famous edition of the work. But the newly found autograph manuscript of "Rashahat" is compared with the edition of Muiyniyan, it was known that the edition of Iran has many defects and drawbacks too
