Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the specificity of masteringof the vocabulary and grammar of the Russian language by bilingual children. The focus of the authors are such phenomena as the language of the child, children's word-making, occasional and potential formations in the speech of children of primary school age. The material for the study was the works of primary school pupils. There were30 respondents thattook partin the experimental study–thepupils of the second and third grades of MBEI School No.1of village Verkhnie Tatyshly in the Republic of Bashkortostan. On the basis of the carried out analysis, the peculiarities of the word- making of children of a given age group are revealed, a conclusion is drawn about the specific usage of linguistic units in the speech of bilingual children
