Abstract
This paper deals with the recruiting task solution on the basis of the system analysis methods. The usage of the morphological and expert analysis and also the decision tree for recruiting of the most suitable candidate is shown. The deterministic and stochastic hazard arising at the decision on appointment of the job candidate are considered.
