Abstract
In the present article the importance of carrying out anti-corruption policy in the sphere of public service in the Russian Federation is noted, for doing this first of all it is necessary to carry out its comparative law analysis with anti-corruption policy in the sphere of public service of other countries, namely, for example, the USA.
