Abstract

Studies were carried out to determine the optimal parameters of the process of leaching of crude copper concentrate with a mixture of nitric acid with sodium chloride, with preliminary mechanical activation. It is established that under the conditions: the duration of mechanical activation in the attrition and flotation complex – 15 min; salt concentration is 75 g/l, the concentration of nitric acid – 170 g/l; temperature – 90 °C, duration of leaching – 1 hour and liquid-to-solid ratio = 4:1, extract in the solution was Cu – 99,0 %, Ag – 97,0 %.
