Abstract

Children of early age with severe atopic dermatitis were observed, they were divided into three groups depending on the treatment. In the first group of patients who received complex conventional treatment, with the onset of complete clinical remission, changes in the content of hydrolases and aminotransferases in the biological media, the functional activity of hemo-histocytic barriers to digestive enzymes remained. In the second and third groups of patients, in the complex therapy of which were included respectively Imunofan and polyoxidonium, there was a more rapid onset of complete clinical remission and a pronounced tendency to normalize the homeostasis of digestive enzymes
