Abstract

The article describes and analyzes the works of the national artist, professor, Aga Ali Ibrahimov in various periods. Overall, the compositions of this prominent artist include such paintings as “Stavinsky's Music” (1963), “The battle of rams” (1973), “Karabakh shepherds” (1973), “The still life of a lamp” (1974), “Pome- granate” (1977), “The birth of a human”, “The wedding” (1981), “Novruz Holiday” (1984), “The unity of the soul” (1984), “The wall” (1985), “Awakening” (1986) (1996), “The return” (1993), “The tree of hope (1996), “The end of the world” (1990), “The call” (2001), “The beginning of the end” (2002) and others. Each of these works of art gives privilege to profound philosophical thinking about the human, life and death, about the cultur- al existence of the human on the Earth, about the human thoughts. The national artist Aga Ali Ibrahimov can be considered as a painter, who has touched upon this phenomenon in his works. I think that to be acquainted with his work means to be acquainted with a new world of painting
