The Aspects of Marketing Communication Activities of a Library: the Advertising of Electronic Information Resources

Abstract
The article considers the place of new information technologies in the library’s advertising of electronic information resources. The role of library advertising in promoting electronic products and services is illustrated. There is considered the activities of the Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine (VNLU) in the development of electronic technologies, creating and providing for users of electronic resources. The features of VNLU’s using of internet advertising opportunities as an effective tool of information and communication activities are illustrated. The features of the formation of new actual scientific electronic information products in VNLU are considered.
