Abstract

Experimental results on the influence of uniaxial deformations on the photoluminescence spectra of gallium antimonide crystals, unalloyed and compensated p-type and doped with n-type selenium, the determination of the displacement velocity of G and L minima of the conduction band with pressure applied in the direction are considered [III].
