THE FEATURES OF THE PRESENTATIONS OF HEADS OF INSTITUTIONS OF GENERAL SECONDARY EDUCATION ABOUT PROFESSIONAL CRISIS IN MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY AND WAYS OF THEIR OVERCOMING

The article considers an important problem, the solution of which is a necessary condition for the subjective well-being of educators, namely, overcoming and preventing professional crises of personality. It was emphasized that the most actual topic of the present can be identify as the problem of constructive overcoming of professional personal crises. It is stated that special attention in the context of raising the level of efficiency of institutions of general secondary education deserves such a characteristic of specialists – managers of institutions of secondary education as a personal potential to overcome professional crises, based on their presentation about the nature and course of crisis phenomena.
