Abstract

In a market economy, each commercial organization seeks to maximize profits in order to further its development. As higher the degree of rotation of goods or services in money, the more money can be directed to development. Modern organizations need to optimize the structure of product sales so that the turnover of goods is as high as possible. Sales, as a matter of fact, have a direct impact on the turnover rate and how professionally the sales staff is suited to their responsibilities as an organization's activity can be considered as effective.
