Abstract
Presented is an approach to estimating the influence of human factor on the activity of operators of complex technical systems in civil engineering. An adaptive diagnostics technique based on multivariate statistical analysis of testing paths and wavelet representations is considered as a means for relevant measurements. It is applied to the empirical time series representing results of performing test items in order of their appearance. The adaptability of this technique is achieved by varying the number of presented items as well as by selecting useful test parameters to be measured. The given approach can be used even in the case of a small sample of analyzed subjects represented in the database that is important for practical applications.
