ON THE PROBLEM OF ADAPTING INTERNS IN THE FIRST YEAR OF INDEPENDENT PRACTICE

At the present stage, very high demands are made on the adaptation capabilities of specialists. Particu- larly acute problem of increasing the adaptive capacity is for health workers and, in particular, young profession- als in the first year of independent practice. The essence of the problem is localized in the contradiction, namely, on the one hand, the need to study the features of adaptation of interns is due to the need for quantitative and qualitative provision of the needs of modern medicine, on the other hand, aspects of technological support for interns adaptation in the first year of independent practice are insufficiently considered in the literature
