THE ROLE OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF CONSTRUCTION CLUSTERS

The article is devoted to the research of modernization issues of an education system according to the changed public requirements. The role of territorial clusters as institutional structures coordinating interests of the state, enterprise structures, scientific communities and educational institutions is considered. The activities of Saint-Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering in the development of a construction complex of St. Petersburg are shown.
