COMPREHENSION OF THE ROLE AND PLACE OF THE HIGHER EDUCATION IN SOCIETY

In the article, the retrospective analysis of development of education is considered. Vocational training and the socialization of the personality stated by classics of sociology and developed in works of modern philosophers,sociologists, psychologists, teachers show importance of education as an integral process of training and younger generation education. The general message of the theoretical plan is civilization approach to explanation of modern transition period in development of the Kazakhstan society and its aspiration to fit into world civilization process.
