Foreign experience of interaction of public authorities, business structures and civil society structures

Based on the analysis of the experience of France, China, the Czech Republic, Russia, the article investigates the public-private partnerships, special economic zones and social partnership. Taking into account the positive experience of other countries, recommendations on increasing the control in the process of monitoring investment projects, and the probability of return of invested funds have been suggested. It is proposed to develop a law «On the interaction of public authorities, business structures and civil society structures» in the Donetsk People's Republic.
