Expediency of the recognition by subjects of the law of robots, artificial intelligence and artificially intelligent robots

The article considers a comparative legal characteristics of artificial creatures, provided their classification according to physical, mental and volitional characteristics. The authors came to the conclusion that robots are more distant in their properties from a human, in contrast to artificial intelligence and artificially intellectual robots, which are intelligent beings, although not equal to a person in any of their character. National and European legislation in the field of robotics is analyzed. Conclusions regarding the recognition of artificial intelligence and artificial intelligence robots as the subjects of law and the non-recognition of robots as such a one.
