Deep vein thrombosis - A case report

A 55- year old man came with complaint of blackish discoloration over right leg where his half of the leg from below the anterior part of knee to foot and there was ulcers over calf region andswelling was present and severe tenderness over affected area on examination. There were slight variations at his blood reports. Patient developed the symptoms after the stroke attack an year ago. By the clinical evaluation of symptoms and investigations, Homan's sign was positive and the case DVT was confirmed.
