Abstract

Achieving goals requires following a set of requirements, and of course the amount of commitment and adherence to them along the way determines the extent of success in reaching the goal. Order is one of the inevitable components, and perhaps it is a road map for achieving the ideals. Beside the strict recommendation of the words of revelations and prophets, the wise men also acknowledged the importance of order - in accordance with values and beliefs - and its impact on all aspects of life, whether individual or social - as a general rule – and also as an organizer of the insights, manners and actions of the people. As in the order of the universe, in their view, human relationships that are influenced by common values in a single set are a definite condition for achieving a social order in the light of the auspices of an empowered manager. In the present study, the researcher intends to use the library method along with a social approach and the views of the scholars, and the main focus on the social order theory presented by Talcott Parsons, to review the individual and social manners of the Islam's Prophet and to describe the lives of the people in Arabia land, and then to examine the managerial practices of the prophet and his success in establishing a modern society by following the order element. So the question of the present research is that to what extent the messengers of Towhid have been able to align the ideals of New-Muslims and thus to achieve the social order, by trying to replacing what was previously customary among the people in that area with the Islamic values and to institutionalize these values.
