Abstract
The article studies the isolation of a phenolic alkaloid of 12-demethylregelin nature with the extraction of three percent leaves of Colchicum kesselringii stems with three percent acetic acid. The structure of the isolated alkaloid 12-demethylregelin was determined from spectral data and chemical transformations. It is shown that the selected alkaloid belongs to the group of homopaporphyrin series.
