A RARE ECTOPIC PREGNANCY - TUBAL TWIN ECTOPIC

Twin ectopic pregnancy is a rare condition. Only 100 cases are reported in the literature till date. 32 years old G3P2L2 with previous 2 normal vaginal deliveries with sterilization done came with amenorrhea for 3 months and abdomen pain and found to be in hypovolemic shock. Initial immediate resuscitative measures were taken. Her urine pregnancy test (UPT) was positive. Ultrasonography confirmed right tubal twin ectopic pregnancy and finally laparotomy confirmed the diagnosis
