Abstract

In the article essential signs of corruption as socially-legal institute are investigated. Various scientific approaches to development of concept “corruption” are analyzed. The author investigated station the international and Russian national right on a question definition the approach to the specified concept. They offered both wide, and the narrow approach to corruption definition.
