Abstract

The questions of acceptance of escheat by the state are examined in the article. As it applies to the Russian right, it is necessary to mark that on the inheritance of property eight turns of heirs can apply by law. It abbreviates the amount of origin of cases of escheat considerably, but does not eliminate them. The inheritance of escheat has considerable differences from the ordinary system of inheritance. By virtue of features of status of Russian Federation as subject of civil circulation, in particular her special legal capacity and presence of imperious plenary powers, the detailed regulation of not only procedure of transition of property in property of Russian Federation but also further relations is required on the decision of fate of escheat.
