Library Institutions in Modern Ukrainian-Turkish Information Communications

The article examined the role and place of domestic librarians and, above all, V. I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine in the development of Ukrainian-Turkish information communications in modern conditions. It is shown that at present international information communications in this direction do not differ in depth and intensity. The use of additional possibilities of library resources in social information communication in the format "Ukraine-Turkey" is analyzed. It is shown that in the event of a rise in the level of systemic and integrated use of information and library resources, as well as the use of innovative approaches, one can expect positive results, in particular, in assisting the authorized state bodies of Ukraine in their activities for the further development and strengthening of bilateral relations with Turkey.
