Abstract
The article presents a scientific analysis of the content of the draft new standards of general education submitted to the Russian Academy of Education for further generalization. Their accounting will allow for meaningful refinement in order to improve and implement in the educational process the primary general and basic general education. Proposals are presented for further refinement of certain provisions of the standards on the methodological apparatus, structure and results of mastering the main educational program and preparing their final version
