THE PHENOMENON OF «MIGRATION» IN ETHICAL, PHILOSOPHICAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS

The article considers the phenomenon of migration from legal, ethical, philosophical positions. The article describes the approaches existing in the ethics of migration to solving the issues of open/closed borders actively discussed in the field of migration, the existence of a universal human right to migration. The directions of further study of the phenomenon of «migration» and its structure are proposed. In particular, the spatial and temporal aspects that make up the structure of this phenomenon are marked out; the relevance of the temporal aspect is established. The reasonability of more consistent consideration of ideology as the most important means of implementing a positive migration policy is proved. The features of the migration phenomenon in the era of globalization are determined
