Abstract

The priority of early diagnosis and prevention of tuberculosis belongs to the general practitioners (GP), but there is a negative trend in its practical implementation. Increasingly, we have to deal with the phenomena of blocking or even rejection of knowledge on phthisiology by doctors of other specialties. We encounter psychological difficulties in the perception of tuberculosis during the largescale work on the preparation and updating of knowledge of phthisiology by GP. The purpose of the research is to study the features of the perception of the problem of tuberculosis in GP, to increase the effectiveness of motivation for the implementation of anti-tuberculosis measures. Questioning of 114 doctors of the general medical network before and after an educational lecture on phthisiology with demonstration of epidemiological situation on tuberculosis in the territory by method online of mapping and analysis of clinical situations is carried out. Are studied value judgment of level of knowledge of phthisiology questions (self-assessment) and results of objective assessment, correlation of value judgment with objective criteria of knowledge, the emotional relation to tuberculosis in general and in relation to the personality. Psychological images of perception of a problem of tuberculosis are made by doctors of the general medical network: “the protective block” – “tuberculosis somewhere is, but there cannot be at me” (64%), a fear of own infection with tuberculosis (30%), adequate perception (6%). Level of theoretical knowledge at specialists of the general medical network in the section of phthisiology is insufficient, at 58.8% of doctors the self-as ses sment of knowledge of phthisiology is overestimated. Psychological features of inadequate perception of problems of phthisiology, low level of knowledge of phthisiology and mainly passive position of doctors on obtaining new knowledge of prevention and diagnostics of tuberculosis in many respects explain current situation on insufficient antitubercular work of GP. Regular online visualization of the tuberculosis epidemiological situation and discussion of clinical cases increase motivation of the general practitioners to carry out antituberculosis measures.
