Abstract
The article deals with the participation of the historian and Slavist A. V. Florovsky (1884-1968) in the Slavic life of the Russian scientific emigration of 1920-1930-ies. On the basis of his personal archive, the dialogue between the historians and Slavists of scientific emigration, the Slavic Institute in Prague was reproduced, the historical and Slavic component of his scientific interests, participation in the Slavic congresses was determined. The formation of A. V. Florovsky as a Slavist in the context of the development of the Russian and Eastern European Slavonic studies of the interwar period, as well as his contribution to the development and institutionalization of historical Slavic studies, is clarified.
