Personnel management of healthcare mortgages in the new economic conditions and development prospects in Ukraine

The role and place of medical services in the health care system has been determined. It is substantiated that an important condition for the development of the medical services market in Ukraine is the strengthening of the innovative potential of the health care system. It is argued that the medical service consists in the specific activities of medical personnel regarding the implementation of specific preventive measures, diagnostics, treatment, administrative, managerial and other actions aimed at preserving, strengthening, improving, reproducing individual and public health. A mechanism has been developed for managing the personnel of a medical organization. Proposed directions for improving the personnel management system in health care facilities.
