Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the tools of the state regulatory policy used in the world practice, the analysis of the experience of their application in Russia, Ukraine and theDonetsk People's Republic. On this basis, the recommendations on the formation and legislative consolidation of regulatory policy in the sphere of economic activity of the DPR have been developed.
