The vital activity of our society is determined by the transformations of the global level in the national context. The current state of socio-economic development in Ukraine is characterized by dynamism and multi-vector. This causes changes in forms and types of employment, transformation of the labor market and permanent transformation of the national economic system. The rapid development of technology and the emergence of artificial intelligence have exacerbated the question of the place and role of man in the civilization progress. Contradictions in human life have become a major issue in many international forums. Experts predict the interaction of human and artificial intelligence, which will only enhance achievement in various areas of life and lead to the emergence of new industries and the increase in new jobs. Global trends are a powerful force that is changing society, and with it the working environment. Flexibility is a prerequisite for adaptation in a changing world. There is a growing need not only for organizational change, but also for learning new skills and gaining new experiences at any age. The state is the main regulator of the possibilities of personal realization of the person. It influences the formation of human capital by creating an environment of personal development. One of the institutions of such influence is postgraduate education. It is envisaged to improve the skills of existing employees by teaching them new technological skills and outlook. One of the directions of the development strategy will be the cooperation of the organization with the educational institutions. An alternative solution to the problem is to build a new «learning economy» in cooperation with society. Today, attracting funding, obtaining information or technology is a simpler task than attracting and retaining talent. The lack of the latter is a major limitation of business to growth.
