CASE REPORT PRIMARY ANEURYSMAL BONE CYST OF THE TALUS IN AN ELDERLY LADY

Aneurysmal bone cyst (ABC) of the talus is an extremely rare lesion with a very few publications in literature till date. We report a primary ABC of the talus in a 52 year old lady who was managed by extended intralesional curettage and autologous cancellous iliac crest bone grafting. The patient had a good functional outcome and there was no recurrence at 6 months of follow-up.
