Abstract

The value of the herbs applied as adaptogenes, consists in high affinity to tissues of an organism, small toxicity and relative low cost, as predetermines interest in studying their chemical composition and action mechanisms. It is known also, phytoadaptogenes, thanks to complex influence on an organism, are widely applied in alternative and clinical medicine. The objective of this research was approbation of blood of leaves of smooth-seeded burdock for correction of structural changes in adrenal glands at an experimental immunodeficiency. The method of a morphometry investigated a morphological structure and content of ascorbic acid in adrenal cortex in 1, 3, 6 and 14 days from the beginning of experiences. It is established, the hystomorphologic picture of adrenal glands at simultaneous influence cyclophosphamide and blood of leaves of smooth-seeded burdock was expressed in the form of haemocirculator frustration, and the content of ascorbic acid under influence cyclophosphamide increased in adrenal cortex.
