Abstract
The controversial issues concerning the new conceptual approach to anthropogenetics in connection with greater knowledge of multidimensionality of the genome as the universal phenomenon that underlies rational, purposeful, ordered construction of all objects and live forms of the universe, endowed with creative consciousness and genetic potentialities to evolutionary progress are discussed.
