However, the analysis of the agreement and Algerian legislation provisions shows that the license contract in Algeria is subjected to the general substantive conditions of contracts. Therefore, the Algerian legislator should enact a legislative regime for licensing the use of trade marks, defining its regulatory frameworks and creating the appropriate legislative environment for its parties.
