Justiciability of the Right to Access to Water in Cameroon

Water is one of the most important substances on earth and is crucial for human life. Human beings must have water to survive and it plays a central and critical role in all aspects of human life. It is a key building block of life. While vital to humanity, water has a strong social and economic content. Socially, water plays a vital role in human nourishment, health and sanitation. Economically, it ensures that a balance is maintained between guaranteeing that water for basic human needs is available to everyone.
