India is a developing country and the development of any country depends on its technical and infrastructural growth. In that direction the government has given tremendous boost to various housing, big infrastructures, transportation, road networks and many. One way to meet this increase in cement demand is by enhancing the capacity utilization of existing cement plants by improving their accessibility. A cement plant's performance can be enhanced by preventing failures and reducing maintenance time by evaluating efficiency, quality and maintainability of the subsystems. For this purposewe apply RAMD technique.All mathematical modeling is done by using Markovian birth death process. While forming mathematical model, it is considered that all failure and repair rates of each component are exponentially distributed. Various reliability, maintainability, dependability and steady state availability for different components of cement plant has been derived. Other measures such as Mean time to failure (MTTF), Mean time to repair (MTTR) and Dependability ratio, are also calculated. They also help in predicting critical component. Through, the derived numerical results operational performance of cement plant has been assessed. RAMD analysis reflect that availability of the system is 0.762723, reliability of the system after 10 months is 0.279152 and become 0.006072 after 40 months. Maintainability of the system is increasing day by day and become 0.936075 after 40 months. Dependability is 0.788871.
