Abstract

The preciseselection of a set of employeesto be rewarded has its crucial effect on the workprogress. Recently, incentives' recipients are determinedusing quantitative approaches rathe rthan management judgment sonly. In this paper, a novel Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) approach to tacklethe incentives' allocation problem. In real-world MCDM situations, itis difficult to determine the exact value for each attribute when their values are rough interval data. This paper presents a new Rough Interval Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (RIPROMETHEE II) approach for solving a real-life incentives' allocation problem with rough interval data. The proposed approach ranks the executive managers found in a construction company to high light the proposed approach
