Abstract

This article aims to clarify the concepts of cyberculture and cyberspace and the way cyberspace has become a communication field for organizations and companies. The online world has revolutionized society, because the use of technology leads people to change their behaviour, especially in the way they work, live and think in a network. In this sense, organizations also had to adapt to the digital environment, looking for new ways to communicate with their target audience.
