Abstract
Lots with one defective are taken into account to develop process and product control sampling plans using zero truncated Poisson distribution with minimum tangent angle technique. The least of tangent angle on the operating characteristic curve gives less of sum of risks that would enable to get sample size of this sampling plans derived for such substandard lots with one defectives.
