Abstract
This analysis is performed to identify the influence of Zinc Sulphate Heptahydrate of coir powder based reinforced polyster composites by considering the Mechanical performance and change in behavior. The specimens are made up of biodegradable coir powder as reinforcement in the polyster resin. Mechanical parameters such as impact strength, tensile strength and flexural strength of fiber powder reinforced polyster composites have been analyzed with and without Zinc Sulphate coating. In this process we ought to find out best composite for various real-life applications. The results deploy a rise in the strength and modulus of nearly 2%, while the mechanical behavior of the specimen coated with Zinc Sulphate Heptahydrate had shown incrementally positive results with the increase in the tensile impact and flexural strengths.
