Electric Vehicles (EVs) contribute to one of the most encouraging arrangements toward supportable transportation frameworks. In some aspects, a few parts of EV-based mobility have difficulties for a bigger market take-up. Among the others, the overhead of charging tasks (for example long energize time), and the absence of exact data about accessibility of EV supply stations (EVSSs) while being ready of an EV are seen by clients as significant confinements, and decide a low client acknowledgment. In this paper, we describe the various techniques used to monitor and track the EV and also the parameters to be considered in EV battery monitoring system, the paper also discusses about the methods used to fetch the data from the vehicle, the data gathered from all the associated BMS (battery management system) and various modules like IOT (internet of things), CAN (controller area Network). This paper also showcases about all the methods which are currently been used to display the tracked, gathered data on a mobile application or web dashboard by storing the resources on a cloud server/ database.
