Abstract
This review paper is going to deals and reviews the characteristics and properties of Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding of different materials. Different materials are having different properties likely to say weight, colour, hardness, thermal conductivity, melting point, boiling point etc.., After Tungsten inert gas welding process each and every property are varies according to the welding properties to say welding speed, welding current flow. Depending on the material as well as the welding parameters only the each and every effect is varies. Even though the materials are same the mechanical behaviour will change according to the material. It has wide relative application in different fields namely to define aerospace industry, civil industry, automobile industry, marine industry, homemade industries etc..
